Strawberry Rainbow Needle Book
From Dropcloth Samplers
A bright, cheerful strawberry rainbow panel to stitch into a beautiful needlebook to keep yourself and your sewing projects organized. The stitched example is done using back stitch, running stitch, and chain stitches. However, like all Dropcloth Samplers, you can choose your own adventure and pick your own stitches and colors.
For thread, we used all the colors from the Picnic Perle Cotton - available here.
Complete directions for turning this panel into a finished needle book are included with the sampler. The finished project makes an excellent gift for a stitchy friend- especially if you load it up with threaded needles!
The Strawberry Needlebook measures approximately 3" x 6" when completed.
The sampler comes preprinted on cotton quilting fabric, ready to stitch and includes basic instructions. You provide your own threads, needles, and hoop.
Tips:
- Hoop Size - we like a size 6- but use whatever you hoop you have on hand
- For best results, we recommend backing this sampler with a second piece of fabric (cotton or linen) before placing in the embroidery hoop.
- This item is not embroidered, but ready to be embroidered by YOU. The pictures show one way to fill in the design, but you can choose whatever colors/threads you like.
