Gingerbread House Ornaments Embroidery Sampler

Gingerbread Houses! An embroidery sampler that when complete you can sew into four festive holiday ornaments, perhaps with customized messages of love on the bottom or backside. Or leave all four on the embroidery cloth for a fun holiday wall hanging. Basic Instructions are included.
This sampler includes four Gingerbread House panels for you to embroider by hand. We used back stitch, running stitch, satin stitch, and french knots, but you can choose your own stitches to suit your own taste. For best results, we recommend using 3 strands of embroidery floss or size 8 perle cotton in your needles. This is a great opportunity to use beads and sparkly threads as well!
The sampler comes preprinted on cotton quilting fabric, ready to stitch and includes basic instructions. You provide your own threads, needles, and hoop.
Tips:
- Hoop Size - we like a size 6- but use whatever you hoop you have on hand
- For best results, we recommend backing this sampler with a second piece of fabric (cotton or linen) before placing in the embroidery hoop.
- This item is not embroidered, but ready to be embroidered by YOU. The pictures show one way to fill in the design, but you can choose whatever colors/threads you like.
