For online orders, Picking Daisies accepts payment via PayPal and the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Payment is to be made at time of order to reserve inventory. At Picking Daisies, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of shipment. (This excludes special orders, which are final and non-returnable.) Returns must be unused and in their original condition, and may be returned for a refund (processed in the manner in which it was ordered), exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of a damaged item to report any damage. All sales are final 14 days after you receive the item(s); no returns will be accepted after this time. All delivery costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN or EXCHANGE?
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please notify us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of the order that you will be returning or exchanging. In your email, please include your Invoice Number (I-____) located toward the top of your receipt. Please let us know what item(s) you will be sending back, and whether you wish to be credited, or to make an exchange. A copy of the purchase receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund, credit or exchange within 7 business days. If we receive merchandise that has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We recommend that you ship your package to the address below via a trackable, insured delivery method to protect against loss or damage; Picking Daisies is not responsible for any shipping loss or damage on returned items.

PRICES AND SALES TAX
All prices are subject to change. A sales tax rate of 7.75% will be added to all orders purchased from a California address.
In stock merchandise usually ships within 3 business days and usually arrives to your door in 4-6 business days of order placement. Many of our napkins are made upon receipt of order and lead time to shipping can be up to 1 week. Items ordered together will ship together.
Custom orders can be filled within 2 weeks if sufficient fabric is in stock. If the requested fabric is not stocked in sufficient quantities to fulfil your order within 2 weeks,
you will be notified within 24 hours of your order date and given an estimated ship date and the option to cancel your order or a portion thereof.
Estimated ship dates are based on quoted delivery times from our fabric manufacturers, and cannot be guaranteed by Picking Daisies. Occasionally delays arise that are beyond our control. If this occurs, Picking Daisies will contact you as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. If you need expedited shipping or you need to verify product is in stock for immediate shipment, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Picking Daisies ships within the United States via USPS 1st Class or 2-3 Day Priority Mail.
If requested, Picking Daisies offers Express Delivery at an additional charge, which will be quoted prior to order finalization.
