Class 01 Sewing Machine Basics - A one-on-one lesson for the newbie
Class: Sewing Machine Basics
Class Time: 2.5 Hours - to be scheduled at the availability of student and teacher
Limit: 1 Student
Skill Level: Newbie
In this class, we will teach you the basics of using your sewing machine: winding the bobbin, threading the machine, forward and backward stitching, replacing the needle, basic oiling and cleaning of the machine, and how the primary settings are to be used. We will also make a simple sewing project using some of Picking Daisies scrap fabrics.

NOTE: To take this class, you MUST have a *standard* sewing machine that is in operating condition. If the machine is not operational, time will wasted attempting to fix the machine instead of teaching you to use it. And more importantly, we are not skilled at sewing machine repair.
